A COMUNICAÇÃO ESCOLAR E AS TICs: DESAFIOS E OPORTUNIDADES NA GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL – UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Abstract: This study is an integrative literature review on school communication, focusing on basic education. Effective communication in the school environment is essential for educational management and the integration of the school community, fostering a more collaborative and inclusive environment. The research was conducted through systematic consultations in three databases: CAPES Journal Portal, SciELO, and ERIC. The main findings indicate that Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) play a fundamental role in knowledge management and pedagogical innovation. However, challenges such as inadequate training of teachers and managers, resistance to change, and insufficient infrastructure still limit the effective adoption of these technologies. Based on the analyzed data, greater training of education professionals and the improvement of school communication strategies are proposed to promote more efficient and accessible education.
