CAPACIDADES DINÂMICAS E TRANSFORMAÇÃO DIGITAL UM ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO SUPERIOR

The present study adopted a basic and descriptive methodological approach, focusing on the collection of quantitative data within an optimized information framework. Aiming to expand the knowledge of dynamic capabilities and digital transformation in a Higher Education Institution (HEI), it was grounded in a theoretical framework emphasizing adaptive, absorptive, and innovative capabilities. The methodology was developed through a literature review based on theses, dissertations, and scientific articles. Additionally, the study incorporated a quantitative empirical approach, applying 35 questionnaires to members at the institutional, tactical, and operational levels, aiming to understand the subject of study in the educational field. The results highlighted "Innovative Capability" as the most prominent in the HEI, with technological efficiency and the use of digital platforms for innovation identified as key elements in the institution's digital transformation strategy. These findings contribute to the understanding of dynamic capabilities and provide valuable insights for managers and researchers.
