UMA ANÁLISE DA ATUAÇÃO DA COMPADECIDA, NA OBRA DE ARIANO SUASSUNA, A PARTIR DO INSTITUTO DA MEDIAÇÃO.

Abstract

This work seeks to analyze Compadecida's performance in the trial in the work of Ariano Suassuna called “Auto da Compadecida”, from the Mediation Institute. To do this, initially, the State's actions in the face of Conflicts existing in a society are analyzed, linking them to the situations experienced by the characters in the play. Next, Judgment was discussed as an introduction to the Multidoor System for resolving conflicts and the perception of Access to Justice. Soon after, the possibilities of self-compositional and heterocompositional institutes such as Arbitration, Negotiation and Conciliation and Mediation were discussed. Finally, it focused on Mediation, associating it with the facts narrated by the author regarding the judgment of the characters and the performance of the mediator A Compadecida, analyzing the perspective of mediation, function and characteristics and the leading role of the parties in taking a position in the face of to conflicts. To this end, the following methodologies were applied: qualitative research, based on bibliographical references; checking your suitability for the job; Comparisons with the positioning of the character A Compadecida, observing its similarity, from a legal perspective, with the Mediation Institute due to following the principles and expected and appropriate conduct in the face of a conflict.
