Cultural diversity in organizations is a topic of increasing importance in the contemporary scenario, especially in educational institutions that bring together individuals from multiple cultural backgrounds. This study aims to analyze how the management of cultural diversity is conducted at the Centro Universitário Adventista de Ensino do Nordeste, focusing on interpersonal relationships at the university. The research seeks to answer the central question: how is diversity managed at the Northeast Adventist University Center? The approach adopted considers the practice of inclusion and the management of possible conflicts that emerge in a multicultural environment, proposing to describe the strategies and policies implemented to promote a harmonious and productive environment between students and teaching staff. This in-depth analysis is essential to understanding the dynamics and challenges intrinsic to multicultural coexistence, offering valuable input for the development of more effective organizational policies.
