Abstract

Objective: Evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies proposed in the manual to reduce psychosocial risks in the work environment of this automotive company. Methodology: The study approach was quantitative and longitudinal. It focused on the application of the ISTAS21 short version questionnaire to measure psychosocial risks among employees. This instrument made it possible to collect data on aspects such as workload, autonomy and interpersonal relationships in the work environment. Results: The results showed significant changes in the perception of psychosocial risks. Before the intervention, 66.7% of workers were at a "Medium risk level" and 33.3% at a "Low risk level." After the intervention, these figures were reversed, suggesting a decrease in work stress. In the "Dual presence" dimension, high risk is reduced from 66.7% to 33.3%, with low risk increasing from 0% to 66.7%. The dimension "Social support in the company" also showed improvements, going from 66.7% medium risk to 33.3%, and from 33.3% low risk to 66.7%. These results indicate that the strategies in the manual were effective in improving the psychosocial well-being of employees. Ongoing monitoring is recommended to ensure the sustainability of these changes and address future risk areas.
