The independence of women and their insertion in the job market has become a problem for organizations as they, women, are more likely to be harassed. Harassment has prerogatives from organizational roles and is backed by organizational issues or aspirations. Given the above scenario, and in search of more humane labor relations, the problem statement is presented as follows: Is there harassment against women within the organizational environment of a confessional teaching institution located in Recóncavo Baian? This article aims to identify if harassment exists against women in the organizational environment of a confessional institution of education, and identify the most frequent forms of harassment. Regarding this type of research, it is classified as descriptive through a field investigation of 74 employees. Given the results, it can be observed that there are women who are victims of different forms of harassment. Therefore, it is concluded that harassment is harmful to the victim and the organization, requiring more assertive measures regarding the awareness and prevention of this practice.
