ESTRATÉGIAS BASEADAS EM DADOS PARA O CUIDADO E VIGILÂNCIA EM SAÚDE OCUPACIONAL: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Introdução: O trabalho humano evoluiu ao longo da história em resposta a transformações sociais, tecnológicas e econômicas, passando do trabalho de subsistência para a produção artesanal, a Revolução Industrial e, posteriormente, para a automação e terceirização, com ênfase em serviços. Paralelamente, leis de proteção ao trabalhador foram desenvolvidas, destacando-se a primeira legislação britânica em 1802, e, no Brasil, a criação da CLT em 1943 e da CIPA em 1944. A segurança no trabalho foi reforçada com as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), voltadas para condições adequadas de trabalho, uso de EPIs e ergonomia. Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo revisar estratégias tecnológicas aplicadas à Saúde Ocupacional, conforme a literatura existente. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura, com abordagem descritiva, na base de dados MEDLINE e Pubmed utilizando as palavras chaves “Occupational Health (AND) Technology (AND) Data Analytics (AND) Workers' Health” por ano, de 2014 a 2024. Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos com texto completo, gratuito, que abordassem a temática, obtendo como amostra final 97 artigos.
