Introduction: Human labor has evolved throughout history in response to social, technological, and economic transformations, transitioning from subsistence work to artisanal production, the Industrial Revolution, and later to automation and outsourcing, with an emphasis on services. In parallel, labor protection laws were developed, with the first British legislation emerging in 1802, and in Brazil, the creation of the CLT in 1943 and the CIPA in 1944. Workplace safety was reinforced through Regulatory Standards (NRs), aimed at ensuring adequate working conditions, the use of PPE, and ergonomics. Objective: This study aims to review technological strategies applied to Occupational Health, as presented in the existing literature. Methodology: This is a literature review with a descriptive approach, using the MEDLINE and PubMed databases with the keywords “Occupational Health (AND) Technology (AND) Data Analytics (AND) Workers' Health” for the period from 2014 to 2024. Inclusion criteria included free, full-text articles addressing the theme, resulting in a final sample of 97 articles. Results: After the selection process, 26 (twenty-six) articles were included for data tabulation. Discussion: Conclusion:
Keywords: Occupational Health; Technology, Data Analytics and Workers' Health.
