O labor do pastor adventista do sétimo dia e coping religioso espiritual
Resumen
Resumo: O presente artigo visa a apresentar a estrutura organizacional da Igreja Adventista do Sétimo Dia (IASD), a formação do labor do pastor da IASD, sua rotina diária como obreiro pastoral e suas possíveis dificuldades e conflitos espirituais. São destacados o coping religioso espiritual como instrumento para o enfrentamento de fatores estressantes e melhoria na qualidade de vida, a preocupação da instituição frente aos conflitos e estresse ocupacional e as estratégias de coping religioso-espiritual produzidas pelos pastores adventistas.

Abstract: This article presents the organizational structure of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA Church), the training and the work of the Adventist Church pastor, his daily routine as a pastoral worker as well as possible difficulties and spiritual conflicts. We emphasize spiritual religious coping as a tool for coping with stressful factors, and improved quality of life, the concern of the institution to face conflict and occupational stress and strategies of spiritual religious coping produced by Adventist pastors.
